Operational excellence is a model for continuous improvement.  As a framework for management at all levels within an organization, it is a valuable tool that can be used to improve efficiency and effectiveness, regardless of current performance levels.

This is a full day, instructor-led class that focuses on managers, supervisors, and those in matrix management or related roles. Class sizes between 8 and 20 are optimal.
