A lot of attention is focused organizational culture and community, especially during challenging times.   Change is a requirement of both adaptation and growth, for people and businesses alike. But how do you go about changing an organization’s culture?  Where do you begin?  What’s involved? What is the difference between culture and community? How do you go about building a strong, healthy community in the workplace?

This class is designed for executives and senior managers and will be a 2-4 hour discussion focused on preparing them the process of culture/ community design and development. Segments of instruction will be expanded for an 8-hour class targeting all levels of management and serving as our Transforming Culture and Building Community program jump-off point.

Topics will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • Culture and community – organizations as living systems
  • Determining values and establishing vision
  • Overcoming limiting thought patterns and beliefs
  • Communication and engagement
  • Choosing vs. forcing change
  • Implementation and adaptation
