Evolve Connect Grow

By on December 30, 2019

With over 20 years training, coaching, and mentoring experience, I currently serve as the Leadership and Organizational Development Manager for the 5th largest oilfield services provider in the world. During my tenure here, I built and led the safety training team as well as developed and delivered leadership and management training across all levels of management and supervision.  Today,  I specialize in coaching and developing leaders and management teams throughout our organization.

Prior to my current role, I held various management roles in the telecommunications industry, building and leading high performing teams.  In addition, I served for several years as a trainer, coach, and mentor to both new and experienced police officers in my law enforcement career.

Outside of my professional roles, I spent several years volunteering my time to coach and mentor female student-athletes in their pursuit of a collegiate softball careers. I am very proud to say many of them reached their goals and are playing college softball today.

I am passionate about coaching and mentoring individuals, couples, business leaders and management teams. I believe that in order to be the best in any area of our lives, we have to know who we are and live authentically. I love working with clients from all walks of life and there is nothing more gratifying than seeing a person or a business get out of their own way and get on the path toward growth and success.

I hold a BA from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from Baker University with an emphasis in management and I am currently pursuing a professional coaching certification through JRNI Coaching, an ICF certified program.

Coach, mentor, speaker, writer, influencer, I work alongside Amy to empower people and businesses to get out of their own way so they can evolve, connect, and grow!

My wife and I currently reside in Fort Worth, Texas, and I am the proud dad of Jesseca and Jackson, and the proud stepdad of Harper and Spencer.
