About

About Evolve

Evolve Coaching Group was founded by Trey and Amy Ramsey to support people and organizations navigating real-world challenges. With more than two decades of combined experience across multiple industries, they bring a practical, grounded approach to leadership development that prioritizes application over theory.

Evolve partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to strengthen leadership capability, improve performance, and build resilience. Through training, coaching, and consulting, the focus is on helping leaders think more clearly, lead more effectively, and translate insight into action.

The work is rooted in trust, thoughtful challenge, and real-world experience. Rather than one-size-fits-all solutions, Evolve tailors every engagement to the goals, culture, and realities of the organizations they serve.

How We Approach People & Leadership Development

Leadership isn’t about theory, titles, or personality. It’s about people and how they influence others in everyday moments, in business and in life. Our work focuses on emotional intelligence, practical behaviors, accountability, and effective habits that hold up when pressure is real.
