We are a brand-new small team at a relatively new non-profit organization scattered remotely across the country. A Path to Progress
As a family, we have been struggling to communicate with our 14-year-old son. He is intelligent and strong-willed. He avoids conflict to his detriment. Small problems evolve into big ones. He connected with Amy immediately. With just a few sessions with Amy, he was able to unlock some communication skills so we can move forward. Every conversation is not a conflict that ends in tears.
