Trey brings operational leadership and organizational learning experience to coaching and training focused on communication, accountability, and culture.

Alongside his operational leadership experience, Trey implemented and managed a leadership development program for high-potential employees.

Trey’s career spans law enforcement, telecommunications, finance, oil and gas, sales, and organizational learning. He has held executive and manager roles, led teams, and supported leaders at different stages of their development.

That background shapes work focused on the decisions and conversations leaders face every day: setting expectations, giving feedback, building trust, and following through.

Through coaching and training, Trey helps leaders explore how to bring a coaching approach to those moments and put learning into practice.

Amy brings experience in international performance, team development, and nonprofit leadership to coaching focused on clarity, connection, and change.

Amy’s career includes more than a decade living and working around the world as a professional dancer and entertainer with The Walt Disney Company, as well as leadership and nonprofit operations.

Amy is co-founder and managing partner of Evolve Coaching Group. Her career has taken her around the world and through roles in leadership, sales, team development, and nonprofit operations, including serving as Chief Operating Officer for Defense of Democracy.

Those experiences bring a broad perspective to conversations about identity, relationships, changing roles, and personal direction.

In coaching, she makes space to understand your experience, explore what matters to you, and consider a practical next step.
