About Trey

Trey Ramsey is a leadership development strategist, coach, facilitator, and co-founder of Evolve Coaching Group. He helps leaders, teams, and organizations strengthen communication, build healthier cultures, improve accountability, and turn potential into performance.

Trey brings experience across multiple industries, including law enforcement, telecommunications, finance, oil and gas, sales, and organizational learning. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at both the executive and manager level, led teams, coached and mentored others, and worked with leaders at every level of an organization.

His work has included developing frontline leaders, supporting experienced managers, coaching emerging talent, and helping sales teams improve confidence, consistency, and performance. Trey understands that leadership development has to be practical. It must connect to real conversations, real expectations, real performance challenges, and the daily behaviors that shape culture.
