How this site handles contact messages, optional analytics, and access.
Your contact message
The contact page lets you indicate a coach preference and review a message addressed to Trey. Preparing or reviewing a message does not send its contents; they stay in your browser until you choose a sending option.
When “Send message” is available, selecting it submits your name, email address, coach preference, message, and any supplied organization or topic to this website’s server-side contact system. The system uses Resend to transmit the inquiry notification to trey@evolvecoachinggroup.com in Evolve Coaching Group’s existing Namecheap Private Email account. We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry. Analytics consent is optional and is not required to submit a message.
According to Resend’s published data-handling information, email content and logs are processed and stored in the United States and retained for approximately 30 days on its Free, Pro, and Scale plans while the account is active. Enterprise arrangements and backup retention may differ. This provider retention period is separate from retention in Evolve’s mailbox and other business records.
The contact service keeps limited operational metadata, including security hashes, timestamps, submission status, and retry counts, for security, rate limiting, and duplicate-submission prevention. Its operational database does not store message content or raw personal form-field values. The site checks whether direct sending is available before displaying that option. An acceptance message means Resend has accepted the notification for delivery; it does not confirm arrival in the inbox.
“Open email app” opens a draft for you to send from your email application. Opening or preparing that draft does not confirm that an email has been sent or delivered. “Copy message” copies the text to your device’s clipboard. These alternatives remain available if direct sending is unavailable. Avoid entering sensitive personal details in an initial inquiry.
Optional website analytics
Evolve uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors use, how they find the website, and how they interact with its content. This helps us evaluate and improve the website. Measurements are sent to Evolve’s two existing Google Analytics reporting destinations.
Analytics is optional and is blocked until you choose “Accept Analytics.” You can choose “Decline Analytics” and continue to use the website, including its navigation, service information, and contact tools. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and personalized advertising remain disabled.
With your permission, analytics can include page visits, engagement, scrolling, selected link clicks, approved campaign labels, and limited referral information. Google uses browser and session identifiers and receives technical connection information, such as browser or device details and your IP address. We remove unapproved URL parameters and fragments and limit referral information before measurement begins.
Contact-page visits and inquiry stages, such as beginning an inquiry or preparing an email, may be measured after consent. We do not send contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, form-field values, inquiry messages, or generated email URLs to Google Analytics. Preparing an email or requesting that an email app open is not recorded as a completed lead. A completed-inquiry event is recorded only when the direct sending service confirms acceptance; that confirmation does not establish inbox delivery.
Your analytics choice
You can review or change your choice at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Choose “Decline Analytics” to withdraw a previous acceptance and stop further analytics collection. Withdrawal does not retract information already sent.
We remember your choice in first-party browser storage so it applies when you navigate between pages and return using the same browser on this website. A different browser or device has its own choice. Clearing site storage removes the saved preference. If the preference cannot be saved, analytics stays off.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential site functions, including remembering your privacy preference and platform sign-in, are separate from optional analytics. After you accept analytics, Google Analytics can use first-party cookies such as _ga and cookies beginning with _ga_ to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. Your browser also provides controls for clearing cookies and site storage.

Hosting and access
This site is currently hosted privately through ChatGPT Sites. Sign-in and hosting are handled by that platform. Routine private-preview visits are excluded from analytics; explicitly enabled diagnostic sessions also require analytics consent.
