About Amy

Amy Ramsey is a professional coach, speaker, author, and Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Evolve Coaching Group. She works with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to create greater clarity, strengthen communication, build confidence, and move forward with intention.

Before co-founding Evolve Coaching Group, Amy spent more than a decade working and living around the world as a professional dancer and entertainer with The Walt Disney Company. That experience gave her the opportunity to connect with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds while developing the adaptability, empathy, communication skills, and presence that continue to shape her work today.

Her career has also included leadership, sales, team development, and nonprofit operations. Amy served as Chief Operating Officer for Defense of Democracy, a national nonpartisan nonprofit focused on civic education, advocacy, and citizen engagement. In that role, she helped support the organization’s operations, growth, partnerships, and mission-driven work.

From leading high-performing teams in luxury retail to supporting nonprofit operations and coaching people through meaningful life transitions, Amy has built her career around helping others recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create positive change.

At Evolve, Amy is especially passionate about helping clients navigate relationship challenges, family dynamics, life transitions, confidence, communication, and personal growth. Whether working one-on-one, with couples, or in a group setting, she helps people build healthier connections with themselves and the people who matter most.
